*On My Own Two Feet" tells the story of Sarah, Luca, Christophe, Boris, Jérôme, and Michel six amputees, aged 19 to 64 who set out to climb a 3,000-meter peak in the Alps using the Hopper prosthetic blade.
This adventure was born from a shared vision between students from IMT Mines Albi and the Airbus Humanity Lab, aiming to develop a more affordable prosthetic solution for amputees. The prototype combines the Hopper blade with a specialized sole designed by Salomon.
With determination, teamwork, and the support of an able-bodied partner, this group is pushing their limits proving that with the right tools and mindset, no summit is out of reach.
